Upcycled Journal

I have a lot of journals. I'm talking tons of journals. I just love journals! My friends are always getting me journals as gifts and they have accumulated over the years. So I decided to start experimenting with them and came up with this incredibly easy DIY.

You'll need: a journal and a watchband (or 2)

1. Paint your journal or leave as is. My design was inspired by this wall. I rubbed blue paint in a circular motion with a paper towel then painted the stars over. 2. Figure out where you want to place your watchbands and glue them to the front and back cover. I latched the watchband together, placed it around the journal, marked them, then glued.

That's it! Super easy. Now to figure out what to write in it...
